I cannot explain how happy and fortunate I am to have discovered Dr. Jonathan Sykes. At the age of 31, I finally decided that it was time to correct my nose. I had breathing issues and a hump that was noticeable. When looking for plastic surgeons I knew I had to go the very best. I am a male so I wanted my nose to look natural and masculine. I started looking at videos on “natural rhinoplasty” on YouTube. And that’s where I found Dr. Jonathan Sykes. I watched multiple videos and looked at his before and after pictures on IG. I set up an appointment, and I drove 4 hours to Beverly Hills, CA, to see him. Ever since the moment I reached out for a consultation the staff have been absolutely amazing. Maria and Belinda and the whole team have been super tentative to me and my needs throughout the whole process. I was so surprised at how quickly everything was set. They are professional and accommodating to their patient’s needs.
After my consultation with Dr. Sykes, I knew immediately that he was the one. He took his time with me and he listened to all my concerns. I did not even bother to look elsewhere I knew he was the one. Having watched all these videos and seen his work. I trusted him fully! On the day of the surgery, the nurses were so nice and made sure I was taken care of. After my surgery, Dr. Sykes called me to check up on me. I am now 5 weeks out, and I am 100% satisfied with the results so far. He’s truly an artist. It’s my nose. It fits perfectly. It’s the one I should have always had. I can’t thank him and his staff enough! I feel like my life has changed, and I’ve gained so much confidence.

I always knew I’d get a facelift one day. At the age of 50 it was time to get serious. I did plenty of research and consulted with 3 doctors. When I met with Dr. Sykes, he explained facial balance and recommended the procedures that would suit me best. I was happy with his suggestions and certain he was the right choice. I decided on a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, temporal brow lift, chin implant, and rhinoplasty. The surgery went well and the recovery wasn’t too painful. I was able to go into public in about 1 week and never bruised purple. My follow up appointments were easy and all staff were caring and helpful. Dr. Sykes also provided his cell phone number so I may call at any time with any concerns, which was greatly appreciated.
And the final results? The entire surgery was a slam dunk! I couldn’t be happier with my new look. The results are so natural and no one can tell I’ve had any work done. I’m truly amazed with Dr. Sykes ability to complete multiple procedures in one operation. He is an excellent surgeon. Going forward, I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Sykes. He knows how to keep me on the path of natural beauty, with his keen eye, when I can mistakenly veer toward overdone. He keeps my best interest in mind and is now my lifetime surgeon.
